You have received, "JAVASCRIPT IS REQUIRED TO USE THIS SITE!", an error to that effect, or various messages (depends on browser type and version), that imply JavaScript/Active content is disabled and/or blocked from execution.
If your browser allows, the best settings are those that have "JavaScript Enabled" for trusted sites. Configure http://www.sgira.org as a "Trusted" site. This usually requires you to add this site to a list in the appropriate security configuration area. Please reference your browser documentation, or HELP, for assistance.
Should other formatting anomalies occur try to configure your browser to mimic the behavior of "Internet Explorer" (available in some browsers).
Please refer to your browser's HELP or manual to verify the necessary parameters. You may also try the recommendations below.

Note to AOL 4.0 & 5.0 users
- WARNING! THIS BROWSER IS NOT SUPPORTED! -
When using the AOL browser, you may get a Javascript error but, when using an external browser (i.e., Netscape or Internet Explorer) this does not occur. AOL uses compressed graphics by Default. This doesn't allow Java to work while browsing inside AOL. (Additionally, this makes photos you view on web pages look less than optimal.)
Do the following:
| 4. | Click Web Graphics tab. |
| 5. | Uncheck the box next to Use Compressed Graphics. |
| 6. | Click OK Restart the computer. |
There are both 16-bit and 32-bit versions of AOL 4.0. Only the 32-bit version has full Javascript capabilities.
